Jack needs a car

Need some help here people.

If you’ve read all my books in the Jack Randall series you’ll recall that Jack is currently out of a car. His faithful Corvette was shot full of holes in book #2, Pestilence, and he is now driving either his wife’s Cadillac or a rented Mercedes. I’ve dropped a hint here and there that a new car is on the horizon but have yet to follow through. Jack enjoys baiting Sydney with its mystery identity, like Jack, she is a lover of cars as well.

Fortunately, Jack has deep pockets and can afford pretty much any car he wishes. While I paint Jack as the type of guy who refuses to flaunt his money, he does enjoy indulging himself when it comes to his personal vehicle. So, with that in mind, let’s get Jack a new car.

Keeping in mind that Jack still has to drive this thing to work every day, it can’t be too flashy. So I don’t picture any Lamborghinis or Ferraris sitting in his garage. It’s just not his style. He’s also not the luxury for luxury’s sake kind of guy. His last car was a sleeper; a car that appeared ordinary on the outside but under its skin was anything but. Jack will need a car much like that. It also has to be intimidating enough that his wife will never wish to drive it. We’ll just consider that a bonus feature.

That said, I’ve narrowed it down to four possibility’s;

Option #1  The Aston Martin Vanquish

   

Option #2  The Jaguar F-1

 

Option #3  The Audi R8 V-10

 

Option #4  The BMW M6 Coupe
